The contemporary-style villa is a 15-minute walk from the city center of Viana do Castelo, and 15 minutes from Cabedelo beach or the north beach

Come and enjoy your vacations in the tranquillity of a cozy house, close to various leisure spots, such as the city park, the rowing club, the marina and the pedestrian path that flanks the Lima river less than 300 m from it, or the precious view of the Sanctuary of the Sacred Heart of Jesus on the hill of Santa Luzia at night in our solarium with all the comforts

We have a private garage for multiple cars, free Wi-Fi in the various rooms and floors of the house, a kitchen on the ground floor fully equipped with a microwave, barbecue, seating area, flat-screen TV, washing machine, fridge, hob and kitchen utensils are also provided, as well as a kettle and coffee machine. On the ground floor there is also a toilet to support the same floor

There are 4 bedrooms with double beds on the second floor, one of which is en-suite, with a complete bathroom for the other bedrooms

On the top floor, enjoy the beautiful view over the River Lima from our large terrace, where you'll find all the amenities you need. Another fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a sofa bed

The accommodation is equipped with bed linen, towels, hairdryers, toiletries, etc
